I have an ovulation thermometer SOMEWHERE, who knows where but we are moving house soon so im hoping ill come across it rather than spending $30 to get a new one and then find the other one..
but till then do you think i should start temping with just a normal dig thermometer or theres not real point?
I use a regular one. Honestly, I think a BBT is a waste of money. I don't think that reading to .01 is really that important. I have yet to see a chart with a pre-O and post-O temp difference that tiny.
A regular will work. I spent $8 on my BBT at wal-mart, I love it. I used a regular my first cycle and the BBT this cycle.....there really is a difference. Not just in one day's temp, but with the overall pattern of a chart, it does help.
