I don't know why I didn't realize it before. I am totally having a false pregnancy. I have all the symptoms: people around me are pregnant, I have "pregnancy symptoms", I missed my period, and I would like to have more than one child. So with this revelation, all I have to do is sit back and wait for AF.

After AF gets here, Google also states I need to be treated for depression and psychosis.

By and by, would anyone remember what their cervix felt like in early pregnancy? I remember mine from mid-pregnancy, but never checked early on. I mean after it's HSC. Slightly shorter and thicker ringing any bells? This means my realization is working, right?

I wanted a baby so badly a few months ago, and AF was right on time. Why is this happening now when I could have cared less this cycle?

Our bodies can play some tricky games with us sometimes. Have you visited the Dr? Maybe they can help you understand what is going on and get you help if it is "psychosis" as Google puts it. hehe I hope all is well and that you get the answers you need to move on.

I'm getting a blood test in a few days just in case the Hcg isn't showing on the pee tests for some reason. They said it might be a hook effect, I might not be spilling any hcg into my urine, or I could have that cyst that sometimes appears after O. Those resolve themselves in time. Time usually is around 20 DPO, but we'll see what the doc says.

(I really don't think I'm having a false pregnancy, I was being a little sarcastic. Guess that doesn't really carry over through type.)

LOL! I guess not! I really hope you are preggers though and the hcg just isn't showing for some reason - I HAVE heard of that before - unlike the false pregnancy theory!
