i know this doesn't count but i wanted to see the difference between the new walmart bbt i just bought tonight and the walgreens one that i already had.

here are my findings:

the first one was the walmart one:

98.23

the second one was the walgreens one:

98.20

thats a difference isn't it. not much but not the same temp.

going to use the walmart bbt the rest of this cycle.

i have it already marked on my chart for the next few days of using the walmart bbt.

Someone correct me If Im wrong but that fluctuation probably has nothing to do with the difference in thermometers. I will get fluctuations like that if I temp twice in a row with the same thermometer.

Good luck though, I hope you get some better results with your new thermometer.

Brooke, you're right. That's a pretty normal fluctuation that I wouldn't attribute to a BBT.

If it were me, I'd temp with your new one first thing in the morning... then temp again with the Walgreen's and see if there's any difference there.

I know there's something up with those Walgreen's BBTs though. There have just been too many girls having the same kind of issues and all using Walgreen's BBTs.
