Ok, things could go either way at this point... a huge temp jump would be nice of course, but I'm worried it will go down and AF will be on her way My last 2 LP's have not been consistent, one was 11 and the next was 13 so it's possible it could be shorter again this cycle. One cycle temps just dropped once before the CL and she came, the next cycle it dropped halfway then dropped again and she came...

Also, I have been a bit crampy, but I have IBS so never know at this time of month if it's AF or IBS cramps. Yesterday was a weird burning, not really cramps and today kind of feels the same. Even cramps and sore bb's are new to me since going off BCP so I'm still learning about my body, man this is tough!

Anyway, anyone have a match to help light a fire under my chart??? I promise it will go to good use!

I don't think there's much you can do to make your temp rise and even if you did it really wouldn't be reflective of what was going on with your cycle. Hopefully your temp will go right back up tomorrow!
