What a Way to Start the Week

Looks like I am out ALREADY and I am only 7 DPO. My temp has been declining for two days now. I was really hoping that the B6 would kick in and I would at least have a nice long luteal phase. I am so bummed. I am cramping as well, and I feel like AF is knocking at my door.

I am so not looking forward to feeling this sadness again this month. Please send positive vibes and prayers my way ladies. I am feeling really low. Now I have to work, and then I have a meeting after work so I won't be back on until later.

What dose B6 are you taking? If you are taking 50 mg, try 100 mg IF there is a next cycle. When did you start taking it? At the beginning of this cycle, half way into the cycle? Towards the end?

Thanks girl. I started taking it day 1, 100 mg. And there are 15 mg in my prenatal. Maybe it is just going to take some time to work. The prayers are appreciated!

It could just take time. Like I said, its still early, so dont lose complete hope!

IF IF IF there is another cycle, I think you will see an improvement on your LP.

Quick update before work: Now I just noticed some light spotting when I went to the bathroom. Same as last month- light brown, almost tan spotting at 7 DPO. If I do what I did last month, I will spot for 3 days and then AF will arrive.

I'm with the other girls, hopefully it's not AF! I have read that you can take up to 300mg of B6, maybe taking 150mg would help???

((Hugs))) Have you talked to your doctor about maybe getting some progesterone. I think that helps with short luteal phases. I hope AF stays away for you hun.

I would love to ask my doctor, but I thought she would want me to try longer before coming in? I have been off bcp since February, but only starting actively trying in June. Do you think she would take me?
