What if I end up going to bed earlier, but still wake up at the same time?? Does getting extra sleep effect the temps too??

Sorry ladies, I just figured I had better get everything figured out now while I am still on a less than perfect cycle. lol

I dont think it will affect it enough to even matter. I have done that before and I just recorded my temp as normal.

Thanks Candace!!! I was hoping it was okay!!! I don't really love being restricted to going to bed at 11 each and every night...sometimes I am just way too tired to stay up til then. Just depends on what I do all day. lol

It's never affected mine that I can tell. I don't think it should matter.

Nah... as long as you are getting 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep, you're good.

I go to bed at different times on different days, and my charts seem fine.
