My schedule at work changed last month right after O so i corrected all of my temps last month. Now this month I am doing all of my temps at an earlier time. My new waking time is 1.5 hours before i was getting up. So i temp at 5:15 instead of 6:45. You think that would be why my temps are lower this time.. I mean initially it seemed normal like they were adjusted and whatever. But i haven't had temps this low in MONTHS...
Any ideas??

Changing the time you temp can definitely have an impact on your temps. Any changes in your environment could have affected them as well. Have you adjusted your air conditioning or heat? The blankets on your bed? Have you changed the type of pajamas you wear?
Your chart looks great! Your temps definitely looked really high last month, but your temps this month look great. Waking time will have an effect, for sure. Good luck!!!
