So, I thought that I O'ed the other day. Now my temp dropped again. I know that it did that last cycle too, it just always gets me thinking. Also, I decided that I would keep taking opk's for just a few more days. While it wasn't as dark as the other day, it was pretty dark. I know that this may be a silly question, but is there anyway that it would get dark again? I just have no idea what my body is doing!!!

If you have already received a +, its always a possibility that you had a surge and didnt actually O. You have fertile CM, so I think you will O soon. What time did you take your +OPK the other day?

I always take my OPK's at 5. I guess that we will just have to BD to cover all of my bases

Well, I appreciate your help. I was actually pretty surpised when I got that +OPK because I don't usually O that early. It would make more sense if I O now or in the next couple of days.

They say your body can "gear up" to O - including the fertile CM and LH surge that you would pick up on your OPK - but then not go through with it for a number of reasons. If that happened, it will probably gear up again and you'll see another + OPK. I would keep taking them and definitely keep BDing! Good Luck! Hope you get your temp shift SOON!

I think it is possible you could gear up to ovulate and then not actually ovulate. I also have had bad experiences with Answer brand tests giving me early positives and then getting another later. I would keep using the opks until you have a clear thermal shift.

I think you may have ovulated. You could just have a fall back rise pattern. But, since you o'd a little later last cycle I would just be cautious and try to keep bding and using the opks.

I hope your temp goes up tomorrow!

DH would die laughing if I showed him these comments. I will try to attack him as soon as we get DD to bed and settled down. LOL
