I temp vaginally because I can never breath through my nose so oral temping is not accurate for me.

Orally, but half the time I fall asleep with it still in my mouth! That can't be good for the temps!

I temp orally, but next cycle I'm going with vaginal. I think I'm having problems with breathing through my nose lately and maybe that's what's throwing my temps off.
