Ladies i just don't understand this??

my temp went up today thank goodness all happy about that.

it went up to 97.96 so yay on that.

why did my temp go up then now AF is here?

well i went to the bathroom to check cm and cervical position and guess what?

im bleeding

its definately the

its red to. i didn't even get any warning at all and there she was coming

so much for having a nice chart.

now i guess onto cycle 23.

by thw way i don't have cramps or anything.

So sorry that AF came. This was my first cycle charting and I was a little disappointed she came. Hopefully next month is your month.

Ive had a couple of cycles like that too, my temps dont drop until day 2 or 3 of my cycle.

I'm sorry AF showed up. I've seen quite a few chart spikes up the day of AF or the day before AF. I don't really know the reasoning why, but it's not really uncommon. (((Hugs))) Good luck to you next cycle.

I don't know much about the temp going up with AF, so I'd defer to the ladies who have or may speak on that part.

My temp has done that to me before. It really gets you upset because you start thinking it's a good sign.
