Ok, so yesterday morning and this morning I again woke up feeling cold and chilled. I of course know that that will cause my temps to be lower than normal, so I marked myself as sleep deprived on those two days in FF. (I noted in the notes field that it was because I was cold, not actually sleep deprived.)

Do yall think this is what I should be doing...marking myself sleep deprived because of the lower temps? I don't know what to do either as far as adding an extra blanket or what because I hate to change something like that and get a "fake" temp spike. I dunno...

I wouldnt mark it sleep deprived. You CAN add a box, but I think your temp will pretty accurate for the most part. Pre-O, when my temp would be the lowest, I would wake up sweating and my temp wouldnt be anywhere near what I thought it would. Thats just my opinion though.

I agree. I wouldn't mark it sleep deprived. I would just make a note of it.

I agree with Candace...sometimes I wake up sweating and I think "oh crap my temp is gonna be way high and innacurate!" But then I temp and it's pretty normal.

Yeah, the past two nights, I've slept with a sweatshirt on and my temp has actually gone down. So, I wouldn't mark it and I would say to grab a blanket if you're cold

I'm envious of both of you. It's been really hot here and I have no AC...the last few nights have been torture from the heat!

LOL, I will definitely grab the extra blanket. My biggest worry is that if I keep waking up cold that my lower temps will cause FF to take away my crosshairs and I won't know when I O'd. LOL

And I'm sorry it's so hot in Cali. Yesterday our high here was 96. Today it's 83. SOOO much nicer out today. LOL I hope yall cool off some soon!

Ok, I added a thin blanket last night and woke up feeling about the same as I normally do (not freezing like the last couple of mornings). My temp is up and it's the highest temp I've had so far this cycle (but only by a bit.), so....

Teresa, I know I was telling you about how high temps don't mean anything...but now this dang temperature has me excited!!! LOL I know I shouldn't be looking into it very much, but I can't help it! This is by far the LONGEST 2ww ever and I'm only 5 days into it. LOL
