My chart is up and down, and its getting frustrating! I thought for sure my temp would be up this morning because I had a temp jump yesterday morning, but its down again . Im still having slight cramps and EWCM... how long can this last for? Also, I believe I read somewhere that when your temps increase and FF marks you O date, that you have already O'ed. Is that true? If it is, could I still be O'ing with lower temps?

I dont think you have O'd, because like you heard, you need 3 consecutive high temps for FF to mark that you have O'd. And yes, at that point, you would have ALREADY O'd. Keep BDing since you have cramps and fertile CM (you may be Oing or about to). YAH! GL and KUP! Also, IF you want, you can try using an OPK....but you may have already missed your surge since it gives you a 24-48 hour time frame.

You could o at any time, so keep bding. I find opks useful because they turn positive before you o, while your BBT goes up after you o. GL!

You might be Oing today...those false temp jumps have happened to me two days before O on 2 of my cycles! Good luck!

Keep BD'ing, since you still have EWCM I don't think you've O'd yet, but looks like soon
