So my first month of charting is complete! Yes, sad that AF showed but I am so wowed by how accurate charting is. First big temp drop this morning and at 8:00pm today some red spotting!
I just think it's cool, you know?? I never knew your temp could tell you so much about your body. I find it absolutely fascinating. I also find it interesting my last 3 cycles have been exactly 51 days.........so 51 days is abnormally long yet I still have a "pattern" going on.. you know?
Weird!!
Upping my soy isoflavones this cycle.. hoping to ovulate WAY earlier to get a short cycle.
Wish me luck ladies!!!

It really is cool, even when it is sad to see AF. Its amazing how complex our bodies really are and how a simple body temp and pattern can provide us with an idea of what our bodies may be doing.

I know, I feel the same way! It's so funny but I'm always so exited to take my temp every morning, I get my thermometer all ready and next to the bed with my alarm set, and hop in. LOL, my husband even tries to be interested and will ask how my temps look in the mornings even though he doesn't know what any of it means. So I show him my chart and give him little mini-lessons even though I dont even know that much myself yet.

This my first cycle charting and I'm at CD44 now so while I reeeeaaally want that BFP, I am curious the see what my temps would look like when AF will show.

Do Soy Isoflavones help with Oing early? Gosh I am learning all sorts of things to take the help with things... B6 for the LP, this soy one for earlier O'ing, all on top of a prenatal? Feel like a one-woman pharmacy! Hehe, but its all for the love of our future baby!!!

I totally agree. Even though every month AF seems to show I still love charting. I am really thinking I am going to use it for avoiding after I am done ttc just because I like knowing when I o and when to expect AF.

I am hoping your cycle is a bit shorter this time but at least you see a pattern.

I am not sure if the Soy will help with ovulating early.. from what I've read it just helps people ovulate who otherwise might not. But I am thinking it should help with the quality of the hormone that is released (lsh??) to make you ovulate.. I am thinking if it can improve that then maybe I will ovulate when I am suppose too..
We'll see.........!
