i have read on some of your posts that some of you take b6. what exactly does it do and when should i take them?

It can lengthen your luteal phase by 1-2 days.It may take a couple cycles to work.I took 200mg and it lengthend mine by 2 days.

Yep a lot of girls use it to lengthen their luteal phase. I am not sure why it works but I think it does.
