FF says possible triphasic on cycle day 25 after I put in my temp today...

So glad you asked. I have been wanting to add this to our FAQ in the charting school. Normally an ovulatory chart is considered biphasic, meaning two phases. You will see one temp shift with two phases, one before you ovulate and one after. A triphasic chart you will see a second temp shift during the two week wait and so they call it tripahsic. It is a good sign of pregnancy but just because you have a triphasic chart doesn't mean you are pregnant. It is just a good sign.
Basically if you see your temp spike a second time during the 2ww and stay up your chart could be triphasic.

UPDATE:
Broke down and used a FRER today
BFP!
It was faint but for sure there but I couldn't get it to show up on a pic so I'm going to do one with FMU tomorrow and see what that says. I'm not sure I believe it yet!
