is worth about as much as a bottle cap!!

Danny woke me up at 6:15 telling me to temp now because "There's someone who needs your help."

He had found the fluffiest orange and white kitten outside while he was walking the dog. It was super windy and raining and the poor thing was crying.

So he ate some food, went potty and then started trying to play with our cat and dog. I remembered our neighbor's husband told us a few weeks ago that they had just gotten a kitten.

So once I saw their lights on, we went over, knocked on the door and asked if they had lost their kitten. Sure enough, he was theirs. So I ran back across the street, got him from under our sofa and handed him over. She couldn't thank us enough!!

So, I've done my good deed for the day even though it was at the expense of my temp.

That kitty sounds so sweet and I bet the neighbors were so appriciative that you took her in and took care of her. I can't say my neighbors would even turn their heads if my pup got out somehow, which really bums me out. I wish you were my neighbor!

As for your temp, it doesn't look like it did anything too wacky so maybe it didn't affect it too much. Also you definately have plenty of EWCM so that is awesome and a great sign either way. Take advantage of it for sure!

I'm sorry your temp got screwed up today. Isn't that the way it always goes though? When the temp is very or most important, our sleep is messed up. (I had the same issue myself today )

But maybe your good deed will be rewarded in a very big way!

Aw you sound like the sweetest person ever. I am glad the kitty's owner was so relieved and you did your good deed.

My temp was screwed up today and not for a good reason (my dh woke me too). I hope you get your positive opk today!

Yeah... they were totally happy that we found him and gave him back. The funny part was, as she was walking away with him, he was looking back at us meowing! HA!! Maybe he liked being in our house playing with our animals! HA HA!!
