I would like to take one tonight since I am getting up at night,last night I woke up at 3am and took my temp.it was 97.47(I only took it becaus I was afraid I wouldn't fall back asleep).Well I did fall alseep and woke up at 5am,took my temp.it was 97.61.I could not fall back asleep.I want to take a sleep aid but worry it also might interfer with my temps.Anyone know if it will affect my temps?

Well I take Unisom sometimes for the exact same reason. I don't do it all the time but I took one last night because I had temping insomnia the night before. I don't think it affects your temps but to be honest I haven't read up on it. I figure the waking up through the night is going to affect my temps more so I would rather get a good night's sleep. I have really bad problems with insomnia and anxiety attacks at night so I keep Unisom around for nights like that.
