does anyone know of a good app on the iPhone that will let you keep track of your basal temperature?

Sorry no! I only know of the Billings charting application for iPhone.

Very cool. I don't have an iPhone but that sounds neat. I wonder if there are other charting apps.

I don't have an iPhone... so I don't know anything about it, but I googled BBT charting on iPhone and found an article talking about an app called MeFertil.

Might be worth checking out.

I'm pretty sure Julka from the NFP/FAM board said her husband has some sort of charting application on his iPhone too. The use the Sympto Thermal Method. Maybe pop over and ask her!

I am using MeFertil on my ipod touch to track my BBT but it doesn't show the ovulation day correct. When I compare it to FF, it's always couple of days after FF shows. This cycle, it has me ovulated two weeks ago, but I didn't ovulate till 4 days ago. So it's not very correct, but I use it because it's easier for me to enter the temp in the morning before I forget
