I got my Smiley face (OPK) on CD17 and CD18(I am on CD19 now). My temp dipped on CD 18, I also had EWCM yesterday but not today. So I assumed I O'd on CD18. My temp only rose 0.04 today! I thought it would shoot up! I have never done a full month of charting so I don't know. Did I ovulate yesterday? Or am I ovulating today? If it rises significantly tomorrow what does that mean? Should we BD tonight?
It's possible, but it may be too soon to say. You have to observe your CM all day today, to make sure you're finished with feeling wet and slippery (EWCM). The last day you had a slippery/slick feeling is the most fertile day, but you're still potentially fertile during the 3 days after the CM disappears - so keep BDing!
Definitely keep BDing until you see a good sustained temp rise (FF will show the cross hairs when you do) and keep checking your CM to see if it is fertile. Good luck!

I don't always ovulate right after getting a positive opk. I would continue to bd until you see a clear shift and your cm dries up. I know that sometimes I will ovulate as late as 4 or 5 days after a positive opk.
