Taking your temp an hour earlier can definitely affect your temp. For each hour earlier you wake your temp may be approximately .2 degrees lower or if you sleep an hour later your temp may be approximately .2 degrees higher. So that very well could be why your temp is lower.

I am sending your temps off in a hot air balloon. I hope when you wake up tomorrow they are nice and toasty!

hopefully your temp was only affected because of your waking time! I know Ive been waking up an hour before my alarm alot lately, but I usually go back to sleep . Good luck! Ill be looking for your experiment tomorrow morning!

I usually don't adjust my temps. I find my chart is more accurate when I leave it be. Just keep it as an open circle. I saw your temp today and your HPT experiment over on the TTC board. Don't neglect us over here. We want to see your pics too!

P.S. I think I seen something on your tests. Can't wait for tomorrow!

With the spotting you marked, your temperature dip and recovery could be a possible implantation dip!
