GRRRH! My open circles on my chart are normally from my kids but not this cycle. Oh no. They are from Mr. Project Pants and Mr. Horny Pants! So here it is 5:15 and I feel this hand reach around my stomach to love on me. He probably wasn't actually trying to get any. He was probably just trying to cuddle with me but still IT WOKE ME UP. So I start swearing and telling him you messed up my temp again! And I hear this, "WHAT I thought we were in the zone? I thought we were done with baby making time?" And then I say, "IT'S NOT LIKE WE HAVEN'T HAD THIS DISCUSSION BEFORE!" He just doesn't seem to get it. I have yelled at him several times this cycle already for waking me up. I think I am not acting like a big enough psycho because he always acts like he is clueless. He knows I temp and he just plays like he is stupid every time I get mad or acts like what's the big deal. Oh and if that wasn't enough, a few minutes into my grouchfest Lyndsey comes waltzing in. So if he hadn't woken me up she would have. She sleeps downstairs so I am sure I didn't wake her up. I wasn't actually yelling.

I am seriously ready to start sleeping in my own room. Every night I go to bed and wonder which one of my children (and I mean dh too) will wake me up. Today's temp was really important to me. It was really high today. I actually think it might be semi-accurate because I didn't take it that early and it is only a little higher than yesterday's but I would have been happier if I took it on time.

That is all. I am going back to sleep. Hope I wake up a little less grouchy.

I understand your frustration. I have the same problem with my DH. I actually just threatened to move into the guest room a couple of nights ago. On the bright side..... your chart really looks amazing! I hope this is it for you!

That's why I have no temps. Between DH and the 3 kids they wake me up so much that on the rare occasion I'm not so tired I forget the temp would be useless anyways. It's proving really hard to start temping again right now.

Boo! DH always leaves for work early and wakes me up to say goodbye. But lately I'm thinking that he should just leave without waking me, lol. I've been having the same problem. Good thing is I've been really tired lately and when he leaves is only about 20 min. before I usually temp so I just temp after I say goodbye and fall right back asleep. Now next week when his schedule changes and he leaves earlier for work is a different story...

awww Im sorry. My DH seems to think he is doing me a favor by waking me up half an hour early to take my temp. lol.
just handcuff him to the bed for a month. That way he is there when you need him and cant reach around and wake you up lol.

I am glad to know I am not the only one with this problem. He just doesn't get it. After I posted this I went back to bed and explained to him that your chart can give you signs if you are pregnant or not. He is like just wait on the test. GRRRH! MEN! He just doesn't understand it. He seems to understand why I chart to see when I ovulate but doesn't understand why I care about it once I am in the 2ww. He really irritates me sometimes. He did say he was sorry but I think he just doesn't understand.

I'm sorry Patty!

I guess I'm lucky in that respect. Danny knows what time is my temp time and he generally does not wake me before that unless it's really important.

I can totally sympathize with you though... if he did wake me, I'd be like "Hello McFly!?" LOL!!

On the bright side, your chart looks out of this world!!!

That is no fun, Patti! I know just what you mean about wanting to be sure you get a good temp during some crucial point in your charting...and then wondering if it is even any use given whatever messed it up. I have a good system going with DH because I temp before our real waking up time...so I am usually dead asleep and so is he. Then I just temp and go back to sleep. That doesn't stop the cats from occasionally deciding to romp across me 17 times before I'm due to wake up
