Those who use OPKs...

At what CD do you start using them? Do you use them once a day or twice?

i use them once a day starting at day 8-10 (i o anywhere from 12-15) then when i get EWCM or they get darker i tests 2 times a day

I start about CD 10 I usually O around 13-15. I test once a day when the line is real faint but by the time I start to see a darker line I test 2 times a day. I usually get my + in the AM.

That's me as well, but I have shorter cycles sometimes.

I usually start around CD10. I think when you should start depends on how long your cycles are.

yes most opk boxes tell you when to start testing based on your cycle length.

I start using them CD 7. For some reason I never O when i am supposed to.

I have a 22 day cycle and i checked my calendar and i apparently have to start keeping track as of 2 days... It seems so quick i am only on CD5

I start at cd 14, because i usually o on cd 20. I do one a day until they start to get dark, and then do two a day until they go negative again.

I usually O around CD13 - 15 so I usually start with OPKs on CD 9 or 10, depending on the cycle. This cycle I started at CD 9 because I had EWCM that day. I only test once a day - usually around 2:00 PM.

I O between CD 13-CD 15. I generally start my OPKs on CD 10.

Last cycle I did two every day from CD 11 through CD 14. Then I did one on CD 15 & one on CD 16 because they were clearly negative at that point.

This cycle I only did one per day until the day I got my positive. I was running low on OPKs and I didn't want to run out. I tested twice the day I got my positive... mostly because my arsenal was replenished that day!

I know some girls use FMU, but I generally won't test until at least 11:30 in the morning.
