So if you toss and turn all night and sleep like crap does affect your temperature? It was lower this morning so I didn't know if that was just my normal or if my bad night of sleep affected it. I thought I read you had to have four hours of sleep for it to be accurate. Thanks.

It can but I would think it would make your temperature higher and not lower. Did you get three hours of sleep before you temped? If you didn't go to the specific situations check boxes on your chart and mark sleep deprived so you know that that temp might not be accurate.

Also, a lot of girls will see a temp dip during the 2ww. It is pretty normal. Wait to see what tomorrow does. It may go back up.

I often wonder than when I have really restless night's sleep but I would have to agree with Patti that it would make more sense that it would cause your temp to be higher than usual.
