It completely nose dived!! Ok, so let me fill you in a bit. In another thread I was telling Patty that I think I've been screwing up in temping because I wake up cold in the mornings and pull the covers over me as I'm reaching for the thermometer. Well as a total fluke, I found out yesterday morning that if I temp before pulling up the covers (remaining just as I was when I woke) that my temp is lower than if I pull up the covers because it took only a minute for my temp to rise once I did.

So this morning I temp and it's 96.88. Huh?! So I decided to pull the covers up, hang out under them for a few minutes and then checked again. This time it was only 96.99! Not much change at all! So do yall think my temps have been THIS far off all along or is there something else going on to give me such a big drop? I know that the first temp this morning was accurate as was yesterday's temp that's recorded on FF.

I really don't think your temp normally fluctuates that much from situational circumstances. I saw your chart this morning and the first thought that came to mind is that you might be finally about to ovulate. If you look at your last two charts you ovulated shortly after you had a temp in the 96ish range. On your last chart it took a bit after that low temp but you did finally see a shift.

I kind of think you are approaching ovulation. When do your opks come in?

Gosh Patty, I sure hope something happens soon! O'ing would be great!! LOL

I have no idea when to expect my OPK's. I ordered them on the 9th, so I figure it'll be at few days at least. Maybe someone else who's ordered them will come along and give me a time frame.

I don't think your temp would be way off from being hot or cold. I know I have woken up freezing before, and still had high temps. Something has to be going on- maybe like Patty said, you are getting ready to O. Here is some O dust for you!
