Hi Girls!! I was ttc about two years ago and I was charting then. Its kinda funny how you forget things when you don't use them. I did the ff charting class, and have been doing ok with it, but I have a question about todays temps.
I slept like junk last night. I tossed and turned and was up and down, and Im pretty positive that I didn't get a consecutive 3 hours, but I temped anyway, Im 8 dpo today and my temp was 97.90 when I woke this time. Well I got up and took care of getting my son to school then I went back to bed. I did sleep for 3 hours straight this time and I decided to temp, it was 98.20. So my question is, should I go with the one that I know was 3 hours of consecutive sleep or should I go with the first temp?
I would use your first temp, just because that's the same time you normally temp. Its not a huge temp difference so I think you will be fine. Just make sure to mark 'sleep deprived'.
I agree with Candace. The first temp is going to be more accurate. I would just mark it with an open circle. If you had a temp dip today at 8dpo that could be a good sign. A lot of bfps have a temp dip between 7-10 dpo.
