I know you really can't tell on a chart until after you O, but I'm going to sit here starring at my chart all day anyway. I took my first OPK yesterday and it was + and today my temp went up a bit. In your experience, does this look like ovulation day? I'm going to take another OPK this afternoon. Thanks ladies!

There are a few possibilities....either you O'd yestrday OR you will O tomorrow. I doubt with your temp being so high you are Oing today, so either it will continue to rise or it will nose dive. I would keep BDing until you get Chs, I like to do it that way so I have all my bases covered.

Since you have an open circle on your chart it is hard to say. You are still having fertile cm so I would keep bding. I do think you might have ovulated yesterday but it seems a bit early to be ovulating. Do you have really short cycles?

Usually my cycles are short - 25 - 26 days. Do temps usually dip on O day and then spike the day after?

Yep, but you don't always o right after a dip. Sometimes it is a day or a few days after the dip.

With you having short cycles I think it is very possible your o date is CD10. You will have to see what happens tomorrow.

I think you Oed yesterday but keep BDing until you know for sure. How off is today's temp time wise?

I agree... you should definitely keep bd'ing until you have no more ewcm or until you've got 3 consecutive high temps to confirm O.

KUP!!

I took my temp at the regular time today so I don't think that had anything to do with it. I took 2 OPKs today. I really don't know how those things work. Yesterday, I got a line that was obviously darker than the control line. Today - both times - the line was ever so slightly lighter than the control line. It basically looked the same as the control line. What the heck does that mean? Am I overthinking this?

I don't think the bding is going to happen tonight. DH & I are just too tired. Hopefully we'll still hit O...whenever that was or will be!

You may get two or three positives before it fades to negative. If they are the same color I would just chart them both as positives. Tomorrow's will probably be lighter than today's. You aren't overthinking this. OPKs are really confusing the first few times they use them.

Looks to me like you O'd on CD 10 and you'll probably get your CH tomorrow. I would keep BDing just in case until you get a third high temp, though.

Your OPKs sound normal - for me it is quite common to get a clearly + one followed by a "maybe, but probably a bit lighter" then it fades significantly and goes back to completely blank white.

Hope you caught that egg! And can I also just say, I am jealous of your awesome short cycle!! Good luck
