Okay. So i took this one yesterday with FMU.
I posted this before and people said it looked like it was very close to a +.
Took one this morning with FMU & it was lighter that yesteday.

I have taken one tonight (6:30pm) and there is absolutely nothing there (besides the control line of course)

So now im wondering, do you think if i had tested last night it would have been a + and I have just missed it?
Or do you think that is a chance i havent/wouldnt have got a + at all?

I will test again in the morning just to see what that shows.

Im sorry to keep posting about this but its my first time using them and im just confused.

I think it's possible that if you would have taken one the evening after you took the one that you have a pic of that you would have gotten a positive. Are those the Answer brand tests? I used those for the 1st time this cycle and I got two positives, but I was also taking them 3 times a day, lol. What I've found helpful, is that when I get one that's close to being positive, or I'm not sure if it's positive, I use the CBE digi OPKs to confirm.

It's very possible that you may have gotten a positive if you had tested that evening.

It's also possible that when you took the OPK pictured (if it was your first one) that you were detecting your LH surge on it's way down.

Either way, I hope your bd timing was good. Are you taking your temps or are you just doing the OPK thing?

I think you could have missed it, for sure! Is there a reason you are testing on FMU? For OPKs, you want to test later in the day. The LH surge usually happens overnight and it takes a little while for it to get into your urine, so afternoon to evening is usually a better time to test. Good luck! You will get the hang of it soon, I'm sure

I agree. I also think it is possible your true positive is still on its way. How long are your cycles normally? Do you know when you normally ovulate give or take?

I would start testing twice a day until you are sure you o'd. Are you charting or just using opks?

You might have gotten a positive had you tested later in the day. I know some ladies do two a day and get different results each time. I just started using OPKs last month and have never had a true positive (although close to one) only doing it once a day....so this month when I get a close one I'm going to take another one later in the day.

Do you have a link to your chart?
