Why is it that I just got done having AF and my temps are consistently rising?? I hope that does not mean that my body is going to gear up to O and then not do it. There is no way I can O this early. Can someone look at my chart and see if you think it's normal?

I really get so confused sometimes...it probably means nothing at all, but I am very curious. lol

This cycle I was a little concerned about mine too because my temps were much higher after AF and prior to O than they normally are. I couldn't do anything other than wait and see what would happen and I wound up O'ing normally. It is very common for temps to be erratic during and right after AF.

Also, don't forget that as the weather turns colder, BBT temps are actually a bit higher than they are when the weather is warmer. You may be seeing your body adjusting to the seasonal changes. Just something to keep in mind.

Either way, I don't see anything that looks totally abnormal or that would make me worry. I think as the cycle progresses, everything will right itself and all will be well.

Its so early, so I think its your body adjusting to the seasonal change and just being a little weird (as most temps post AF do). I dont think you are gearing up to O yet.

Ashley, I don't think it means you're going to O yet. Most likely it will even out or drop off a bit and then you'll O. I hope it happens soon for you!

I completely agree. This is very normal. You don't have your preo temps from last cycle so there isn't anything to compare to. My temps during and right after AF are generally higher too and then they drop down when I get closer to ovulating.
