First off. If your temp spike is higher, does that mean you make a lot of progesterone?


Also, is it normal to have a higher BBT temp than your normal middle of the day temp? Cause my morning temp was 98.10 and my temp just a few minutes ago (I am just a curious person) was 97.79,and that was after being awake for awhile.

Your temp will flucuate throughout the day, so no reason to worry. BTW your chart looks HOT, girl!!! When are you testing???

Your chart looks like my chart! HOT HOT HOT! I agree with Candace. Your temp can fluctuate throughout the day. I think your chart looks triphasic and that is a good sign! Yeh, it means you might be making a lot of progesterone (could be because you are pregnant)!!

I know I thought that when I temped this morning. I think I am starting a triasphasic pattern. The second spike doesn't count though because it's before possible implantation. But this morning might be the start of triasphasic!

I am only 7 DPO so I won't be testing until Saturday.
