FF says that I O'd on CD19 Which would make me 7DPO now. But I am sure I O'd on CD18. I didn't have any EWCM on CD19, and I had my O cramps on CD18! I know it's only one day but still. My temp rise didn't happen until CD20, that's why it says I O'd on CD19. Any thoughts?

I think FF friend is right. You didn't have a temp shift until CD20. You don't always ovulate on the last day of fertile cm. It can happen the next day or a couple days after that. I often have my most fertile cm a few days before I ovulate and start to dry up a day or two before ovulation. If you didn't have such a profound shift I might say CD19 but I really think FF is right.

As for the o pains I usually start having them about 4 days before I ovulate and also sometimes have them after I ovulate. I wouldn't base your o date on the o pains. You have to look at the big picture and not individual factors.

I completely agree and couldn't have said it any better.
