Well girls, I called today and set up a doctor's appointment for the 29th. I'm about to enter CD 62 tomorrow with no end in sight. I was told to come in regardless of AF is in town or not because they need to check and see what's going on.

That leads into why I haven't been here very much the last few days. First let me say that I understand there are girls here who have been trying for a VERY long time so I don't want to come across wrong in saying any of this. But it sucks because I've been charting since May and we've been trying since July and during that time I am only in my 3rd cycle in all of this time. And I don't even think I O'd last cycle. I honestly think I could deal with this easier if I had a normal cycle so that I felt like I was getting more opportunities to try, but when you have so few chances and they don't work, it's just that much harder. So I haven't really been around much lately because it's hard...I don't do the daily stats because I don't know where I stand anymore, I can't talk about the 2ww because every time I think I'm in it, SURPRISE!, I'm not. I can't talk about O symptoms because I keep having weird things happen and I can't obsess about possible pg symptoms because so far there isn't even a chance for that. I check in every day to see what's going on with all of you girls and to see who got their BFP's , but just haven't been in a very chatty mood.

Hopefully I'll get out of this funk soon...I actually miss being on the boards here...but I just haven't felt up to much posting recently. I will catch up with all of you soon!

*hugs* I'm sorry you're feeling this way. I know it's hard and it especially sucks when your body doesn't cooperate the way it should. I totally hear you on the irregular cycles. I'm the same way, been trying for almost 2 years but haven't been o'ing every month. I've gotten use to 100 day cycles. I'm glad you're getting in to seeing your doctor, that's a good step to take. It took me 20 months before I finally started Clomid. I really hope you get some answers soon.

I'm sorry you're feeling down Michelle, but I don't blame you for being frustrated with your cycle. I know just how you feel...I had very long cycles the first couple of cycles I was charting and it was just so discouraging to feel like you don't even get a chance to try.

The good news is there is probably a not-too-difficult solution to get you ovulating sooner with clomid or some of the other options they have. I think you'll feel much better when you go to the doctor and have some ideas of things you can try.

Hope you get some good information. Do let us know. I'm thinking of you!

Michelle, I am so sorry! I can only imagine how frustrating it is to have super long cycles and some where you haven't appeared to O. I really hope the DR can bring some insight into how to fix your cycles. Please KUP and know that we are all thinking and praying for you, girl!!!!!!! PM if you ever need to vent or send me a message on FB!!!!

Michelle...

I'm so sorry you're having to go through this. While I haven't had your actual experience, I can totally empathize with how you must be feeling.

I'm glad to hear that you have an appt. with the doc. You're one step closer to finding out exactly what is going on.

Take as much time as you need, but know that we are all here for you.

I know exactly how you feel, I've been charting since May too and I'm only at the end of my third cycle. The difference with me is that I have a clear shift in temp so I know I will ovulate, it's just not knowing when. It is very frustrating and I think a visit to the doctor will clear some things up so that you can get back on track and at least bring you to ovulate, even if it's a bit late.

I'm so sorry. I can't quite imagine how frustrating it must be, but I'm sure it's horrible. We totally understand! I really hope that your dr. is able to give you some answers and a solution to shorter cycles! Good luck, hun!

Michelle my friend I am sorry you are so sad. I totally understand why you wouldn't want to be around. I am so glad to hear you scheduled an appt. Make sure you cry your heart out to your doctor. Tell him/her everything you have told us. Know that you have a lot of friend that care about you here. I haven't been bugging you because I kind of figured you needed some space, but please know I've been thinking about you. Hang in there hunny.

We all love you, Michelle, and we all understand! We've all gone through "something" that makes us not feel up to posting, whatever it is, we all have our "thing". I'm glad you made an appointment with the doctor.

Just know we're always here for you....and in the meantime, there's always Spitfire Roasted Chicken in my cafe for you

Aww, I love you all, you girls all mean so much to me! I can't thank you all enough for your kind words and for understanding. I hate that there are so many of us who suffer through this same issue, but since we have to, I'm glad to have such good company and people who understand how it feels. We ALL know how hard and frustrating TTC can be, no matter what's going on with our bodies. I am feeling better today, knowing that I have my appointment in place but especially after hearing from you girls. I may still be a bit scarce, but I'll be keeping up with what's going on with all of you! I'm also sending up a million prayers that we all get our BFP's soon and can not worry over any of this for a while!

And Karin, thanks for the Spitfire Roasted Chicken! That always makes me feel better!

More than understandable Michelle I'm glad you made a doc appt, and even happier that they told you to come in even if AF showed! I hope you get some answers and they get you on the right track

Tammy, I was SO impressed that they told me to come in regardless. I was honestly expecting to have to fight for help because of the way so many doctors are these days. Now I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that the doctor follows through all the way. I'll let yall know how it goes! (we need a nervous smilie!)

I haven't been around lately myself, but if the doc doesn't do anything, find another one. I just went to a preconception appt and found out despite my temp shift I'm not ovulating and we only had to try one month. Now I'm on metformin and hopefully on my way to a bfp. I hope you get some answers! you'll be in my t&p.
