Well, I am not so sure that I can blame my temp this morning on DH anymore. My cervix is high and soft.....still feels closed though, but I am having TONS of what appears to be EWCM! Is it possible that my temps, my cervix and my CM all confirmed O for 3 days only to have been wrong?

Another theory (since I am fairly certain that I did in fact O 4 days ago) could be that since I took fertility medicine this cycle, perhaps I am ovulating a second time. I know that USUALLY it's within 24 hours, but facts are....I am not normal! lol

Another possibility..... maybe this isn't EWCM at all, but left overs from DH. but would I just be seeing those now after 2 days of nothing? We haven't DTD since Wednesday.

I am so confused now! I know I really just have to wait and see, but I'd really like your opinions. I have to get ready and leave for work now, but I will definitely be checking in again as soon as I get home!

UPDATE: Well, after messing around with FF putting in several hypothetical temps for tomorrow I realize this entire post.....and all the stressing I did today....was for NOTHING! No matter what temp I put in tomorrow ( I even went as low as 96.5) It still gives me back my crosshairs on the 13th which was when I though (and FF confirmed) that I ovulated to begin with! I swear.....I think they did this just to screw with me!

You can't ovulate twice- it is one and done even with fertility meds. It is possible your body was gearing to O but it didn't.... now it is trying again.

Do the sink or swim test with your CM to see it if it his left overs.... but I doubt it is.

Honestly- I think you could be Oing today....

FF hasn't give you your crosshairs which means they agree you didn't O. FF gives the crosshairs after 3 days of high temps compared to pre O temps. Based on your chart it is very likely you are Oing today.

I think you could be Oing today as well Stephanie. I'd see what tomorrow's temps bring. Good luck hun! Sorry your cycle is being so frustrating.

They actually did give me crosshairs yesterday. Which was why I said temps confirmed O. They took them away this morning, but as I said in an earlier post....I thought the dip was because DH turned of the heat AND stole my blankets last night. I woke up FREEZING.

And while it's rare, you can ovulate twice. There is actually a link to a news story about it on JM right now. HERE This happened to my mom's cousin a few years ago. Her babies were conceived 3 weeks apart. There was a story about a lady in Japan recently too (within the past few years) who had two babies conceived two weeks or so apart and by different fathers even!

When I did the sink or swim test, it broke up and floated around, and from what I've read, EWCM should have balled up and sank, so I am assuming this was semen. I am surprised it was around that long. Regardless, we did BD again just to be sure. Hopefully I get a BFP soon and can be done with all this TTC crap for a while. WAY too freaking stressful!

Very stressful indeed, Stephanie, hope your temp tomorrow fixes up your chart. Tell DH to sleep on the couch if he can't help stealing the covers!

I'm sorry if you thought I was being rude. I was not upset or offended at all. I did appreciate your input. I was only trying to share all the information with you.

I also know that many people still don't realize that you can ovulate at different times because we have all always been taught that you cannot. It's a rare situation, but it does happen and I was only trying to share that with not only you, but everyone who has ever wondered about the possibility.

Thanks Patty. I was hoping that my temp this morning would be a bit higher than it was, but it is back up, so I'll have to be happy with that. lol Send me warm thoughts though!

I still feel really good about this cycle. I am hoping that it ends with a BFP, but even if it doesn't, I really needed a cycle like this one. I needed a stressfree cycle where I actually had some hope again. It's been a really long road, but I know in my heart that even if not this cycle....my BFP is coming in the very near future.
