What you do think of my chart?

This note is appearing on FF-

I find that a bit confusing and surely that cant be correct?

I got a very close to + OPK on cd 11.

When i add that to FF it says-
Note: You have recorded a first OPK positive on Cycle Day (CD) 11.
You may have ovulated between CD 11 and CD 13. [Click Here] for more info.
