Hi ladies!!! This is random, but I am so excited everything I ordered from Amazon got delivered today!!! So I have a boatload of OPK's, some HPT's, two new tubes of Preseed, and the "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" book- I didn't expect that book to be so long, wow! Guess I have my reading for a few days!!! Now I just have to wait to stop spotting so I can O- woohoo!!! Ooh, and I got my new cell phone case too-silver and pink giraffe print LOL

On a side note, I started OPK's early this cycle since my chemical pregnancy might make this cycle a little wacky. So usually my OPK's when I start testing are WHITE, with no hint of anything, but yesterday and today they are definetly negative, but they do have the line....is this common? I used the same test that I used last cycle and compared it to the new ones withthe same urine sample just in case that altered it, but it didn't. So I'm wondering if I might O early this cycle- guess I'll just have to wait to find out!

I think it is pretty common to have a little something show up on your opk. You have LH in your system at all times so you might see a really faint line on them throughout your cycle but when you get close to ovulating it will turn darker.

I had a similar experience to yours with OPKs after I had a m/c. Prior to getting pregnant, my OPKs were always stark white until a day or two before O. After the m/c I had a line on them - although clearly not as dark as control - for about 10 days or so in the early part of my cycle.

Since the OPK can detect hCG as well as LH, it could be picking up residual hCG left in your system. That was my theory about it anyway!
