Ok so heres my issue. I never seem to have very much fertile CM. Does anyone know anything that i can try (other than preseed) to get more fertile CM?

Try Mucinex (forgot which one) or Robitussin. I dont know the dosages, but I am sure someone will chime in.

Green tea capsules and evening primrose oil are both supposed to help. I'll be back in a bit with some links to more info.

ok. Here is what Fertility Friend says on the subject. SCANT CM

THIS site gives 5 ways to naturally increase your CM

And HERE is another link that discusses the same ways.

Finally HERE is a story on JM about natural Fertility boosting herbs.

I personally don't like to drink green tea. I just don't like the taste. I bought some green tea capsules to take and they seem to help alot. Good luck! I hope this helps!

I don't make that much cm either. I really think it is my age because I used to. I use preseed faithfully. I definitely think that it makes a difference. I also use Robitussin (but Mucinex is basically the same thing). I haven't seen a huge difference from the Robitussin but it does to thin out what I have.

Mucinex did nothing for me. I am thinking about trying the green tea, but got to read up on that one first. I like Preseed. I swear it made a big difference for me. I don't make any cm any more hardly either.
