Hi Ladies,

I have been charting for about a week now (I don't have my chart online, its on my phone).

I started charting on CD 19, I am now on CD24 (8 or 9 dpo). Based on my temps and OPKs I believe I ovulated on 10/13 or 10/14.

Here are my temps for the last six days:
CD19 - 97.1
CD20 - 96.8
CD21 - 97.1
CD22 - 97.1
CD23 - 97.0
CD24 - 97.5

My temps seem pretty low compared to most of the charts I've looked at, but based on where I'm at in my cycle, I was thinking today's higher temp might be the start of the third phase.

Also, I have had other symptoms, one of which is that my cervix seems softer today than it has been and CM has come back and is creamy.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

I'm more or less in the same boat as you are. My BBTs currently are pretty low considering most people and I've got a weird pattern of thermal shifts. Check it out for reference:

2a6aa0 Ovulation Charts

Would you happen to have some temps taken before your assumed pre-o? Because everyone's temps vary so we can't really tell if an O has happened by comparing it to other charts. You'll need to see a thermal shift to know that you've Oed. I think. Don't quote me on this. Just decided to reply 'til someone who knows a lot more about this stuff than me.

Thanks for taking a shot at answering my post! I didn't take any temps prior to my suspected O date, but I started taking OPKs on CD19 and over three days saw the Test line gradually fade to extremely light, so I am estimating that I had a LH surge on 10/12 and O'd within the next 12-36 hours.

I agree that your temps are in a weird pattern, are you also keeping track of your CM? I've heard a lot of people say that charting your BBT and CM together can be a huge help.

Thanks again!

That is a very good temp jump. It could be the start of the triphasic chart. When are you going to test?

Those are a lot lower than most temps I have seen, but I'm sure there is lots of variation between people. The pattern is what is important.

Awesome, I lived in San Ramon when my DD was born, but we live in Pleasant Hill now (next to Concord).

Good luck TTC!

Without having the first half of your chart it's hard to tell a whole lot, but with that temp jump that is very promising. I'd probably test too if it were me. Good luck!

Well, I peed...and I'm going to say BFN for now, but I think I may be able to see a hint of a line. It's just too light to see without massive squinting and holding it at an angle, so BFN for today...will test again tomorrow morning.

My temp this morning was 97.5 three hours before my normal waking time, so I know the shift upward is continuing.

Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!
