Hi everyone. I've been mia these past few weeks b/c I've been down in the dumps... As suspected the first round of clomid did not work for me. So its onto IUI's and 100mg of clomid instead of the 50 I was on before. I have to take prometrium to get my period and I've been waiting to take it b/c DH and I have had a vacation planned that is a couple of weeks from today and I cant be out of town for CD3 of 14 so we don't want to chance missing it and my Dr won't prescribe me the clomid for this month without an ultrasound on CD3, which frustrates me...

I was hoping to get 2 IUI cycles in this year since we've already met our insurance deductible with all these appointments, but it looks like we'll get one in, hopefully the first time is a charm.. I think I may drop charting next cycle b/c I don't want to stress out as much as I did and I will be getting blood tests to see if I O'd or not so I guess I won't really need to temp. So I'll be doing opks alone to see when I need to go in for our first IUI. Sorry for being such a downer, I don't want to get anyone else down but I wanted to give an update.

Wishing all of you the best and I hope you all get your BFPs very soon!!!

I understand laying low... I'm only just now slowly coming back myself.

I hope this cycle works out for you!

(((HUGS))) I think most of us gals that have been ttc a while have done the whole laying low thing for a while. Sometimes you just need to. I know I took a complete break from charting and all the ttc boards for a while. You just need to take care of yourself.

I am sorry to hear about the IUI issues. It makes me so sad for you. But, hopefully you will only need the one! Crossing my fingers for a great cycle for you. Please come by and update us even if you don't feel up to posting to others or charting. I like to hear updates.

Sorry you're having a rough time right now, as Patty said, a lot of us know what you're feeling about wanting to lay low... Have a great time on your vacate and maybe that will be the break you need from everything and will come back to positive results
