hi ladies

so we just had a baby in June. we are not going to ttc just yet. we are going to use family planning BUT i want to chart because my homeopath has put me on meds to regulate my cycles and clear up my PCOS.

NOW the question is, my 4 month old wakes up in the early hours of the morning. anywhere between 2 and 5am for a bottle and then she is up at 6am for the day.
when should i take my temp??? should i take it when i wake the time before i get up at 6am? or should i take it at 6am no matter what time i get up to feed her before?

how badly will this affect my temps?

When I started charting Lyndsey was still nursing. She used to wake me up in the middle of the night too. I would go with the 6 am time. Your chart may not be entirely accurate but you should still be able to get an idea. Hopefully your baby will start sleeping through the night in the next couple months (or at least sleeping better at night) and that will help.

I would make sure you are charting your cervical mucous because you may need to rely more heavily on your cm data to interpret your chart since your temping may not be totally accurate.
