So confused!

Ok chart stalkers, can you help me? I have no clue what is going on with my body, but nothing is making sense

This is my 2nd cycle after m/c and the first cycle was pretty normal, other than ovulating a bit later than usual. For me, I usually O around CD20-25...this cycle has been weird all around. I keep getting EWCM, then not, then it returns. My temp is all over. FF is giving me dashed crosshairs today but I don't think I ovulated yet...today's temp was a bit dodgy because I wasn't really soundly asleep for 2 hours before I officially woke up and temped, and it was the first night we had the heat on.

My OPKs are officially useless this month! I've been using them for 4 cycles and they have always been easy to understand. But this cycle they keep fluctuating between a very faint line, then dark-ish (but negative), and back again. None have ever been truly positive.

I'm so confused and frustrated! I thought my body would be getting back to normal now, after the pregnancy and loss. But it is just getting worse. I'm so tired of not knowing what is going on!

Wow...you are me, completely! This was my 2nd cycle after a m/c and my temps were all over the place and ff gave and took away my CHs like 5 times. My first cycle was pretty normal and then now it's all wacky. So...no advice, but you're not alone!

You could have ovulated, but you might not have. My OPKs did the same exact thing this cycle and my loss was a couple weeks ago. Since it was so early we decided to try right away. Anyhow, mine went back and forth from darker to lighter for days. It was maddening. I finally did get a positive OPK though. I hope you get a clear OPK soon and a solid temp shift. (I do think it's possible you could have O'd when FF has marked as well. It just might take a few more temps to see a solid shift.)

It is so hard right after you have a loss. My cycles went back to normal pretty quickly. My first cycle was wacked but the second was pretty normal. I think you could have o'd when FF has you marked but I am like you and not so sure.

I would just keep using your opks and hopefully you will have some clarity soon. (((HUGS)))
