I drove over to Teresa's house. The big kids went trick or treating with her dh and my two little ones stayed with us. We took them around to enough houses for them to get their trick or treat on but then went home because we are wimpy and don't like the cold. Not to mention Lyndsey and Brandon can be pains in the butts.

I forced Teresa to watch a scary movie Haunting in Connecticut. I didn't think it was that scary but Teresa did. Big scaredy cat! LOL.

Then I drove home. She is two hours from me so I did a lot of driving yesterday.

ROFL!! I'm with Teresa on being a big scaredy cat!! I hate scarey movies and refuse to watch them. It sounds like over all though that you guys had a fun night!

We went across the street to our neighbors house. She made a huge pot of chili and they put the outdoor fireplace in the middle of their driveway. We all sat around laughing and cutting up and of course giving out candy to everyone that passed by! It was really awesome because all of the kids were dressed up and most of the parents dressed up to bring their kids trick-or-treating. We really did have a good time visiting with a lot of our neighbors!

Both of those things sound so awesome!! We just sat here watching scary movies and handing out candy. Our neighbors were sitting in their driveway and had friends over and stuff. I never thought to do that.

Next year, I'm totally setting up a little loungey area in my driveway and inviting some friends over! Hopefully we'll have a little Trick or Treater of our own by then!

My sister, her DH, and 8 month old son drove down and spent the night. We didn't get to go trick or treating at all because Alex got sick. He had a fever over 101. So his first Halloween he was sick. :-(

DH and I went with Jeremy (20 months) and our neighbors and their little boy (also 20 months) trick or treating. We hit up a few houses in our neighborhood. It was fun! Jeremy can't say the phrase "trick or treat" so he said either "treat", "candy", or "please" when people opened the door. Then we came back and handed out candy at our house.

I find it quite ironic that the queen of phobias likes scary movies. This girl has every phobia known to man, but she watches horror flicks like they are nothing. I HATE scary movies. I had my laptop in front of me the whole time to distract me so I wouldn't get scared and closed my eyes for half the movie.

DH and I went trick-or-treating with my 11 month old niece and 7 year old nephew. We went with my ILs and of course, their parents. It was fun!

Ok, now THAT'S funny!!!!! I am sitting here laughing because I am full of phobias and that's WHY I won't watch scary movies. I saw Poltergeist when I was little and for years did a running leap into my bed each night and jumped as far out of it as I could each morning. Uh-huh...that one thing when you are 8...but 18?!?!

And OMG, we have Verizon FIOS for our TV service and when "The Unborn" was first available for On Demand (Pay-per-view), the commercial played at almost every commercial break. I was SO ticked because even the commercial scared the mess out of me! Yes...you read it right...even the commercials for scary movies are too much for me to handle. LOL
