I think I o'd yesterday but now I am afraid that FF will get the days wrong because I couldn't temp yesterday. I woke at 6am (my normal temp time) but got up to pee before I did it then I went back to bed with the intent to take it when I got up again but Sam woke up crying and I never got to take it yesterday

I think it is going to be hard to know for sure when you o'd. You timed things well any way you look at it so I would just take whatever FF gives you as an o date but I would give yourself an extra day when it comes to testing just to be conservative.
