Ok, so I know we always complain about these #%%#$# Walgreen's thermometers so this is nothing new but I feel like mine has truly ruined this cycles whole chart!!! My issue is, like others, I've been getting the same temps. I found that for some reason there were a few days that I barely was putting the tip of it in (vaginally) and I'm thinking I was just still half asleep and I had run out of my covers to put on them and I usually use that as a guide for how far I put it in, so anyway the days that I seemed to do this is when my temps were pretty much the same. Well I got more probe covers and I think I'm putting it in now at the same place as I always have been so assumed it would start getting back to relatively normal (considering this one sucks!!) but just don't know because now I flat lined at 98.04 twice. I am just at a loss and don't know if how far I put the tip in makes a difference. Mind you, I do know I don't need it that far in and just the tip needs to be and where I normally put it isn't very far, so don't think I'm trying to poke my cervix or anything... lol

So on to complian about my temps in general... They are all over the place! They were wonky last cycle also but after I O'ed they shot up and stayed up so I felt good about them. So now my temps rose past 98 degrees I would assume I O'ed but it seems odd that they'd rise just barely and then stay there. Anyway, we didn't BD for a few days prior to when my tentative cross hairs are so I am really hoping that it will adjust and move my cross hairs a couple of days so I will have had a better shot with our timing.

But on a cool note, if it is right though and I am around ovulation at least than that means I am O'ing a quite a bit earlier than last cycle!! Maybe my soy isoflavones I took at the beginning of the cycle really did help!!

Ok ladies, thanks in advance and I hope my post even makes sense!

Happy Monday and lots of baby dust!!!

I wouldn't worry about hitting your cervix. You would really have to make an effort to do that. I don't like the Walgreen's thermometer either, but I have always been able to see a temp shift with it.

I actually think your chart looks ok. However PLEASE go out and buy a new BBT!! LOL Have it ready for use when your new cycle starts. I really like my one from Walmart and it's less than 9 bucks!

Michelle, is yours small and mostly white? My DH and I ran to Walmart last night for a few things like laundry detergent and I wanted to get more probe covers and saw that smaller BBT and I SOOO almost bought it! DH even encouraged me to and I said that i should wait and research just in case it's just as bad as mine. I wish I had though!

I think the Walmart thermometer is fine. I have never used it though. I can't ever find them at the Walmart near me. I buy mine from early-pregnancy-tests.com and love it.

I hope you get your bfp this month and just don't need to worry about any of this!

Thanks Patty, I sure hope so too! I feel a tad bit discouraged though because if I did O (which would be awesome because it would mean I O'ed over 20 days early!!) than we don't have much of a chance because we didn't BD enough close to the O day that FF says. I was just being relaxed on the BDing and wasnt going to push the EOD until a tiny bit later since I have been having such long cycles. Do you ladies think I have much of a chance?

Ok, my last gripe is that I think I have the start of a UTI, too... Ugh! But Im drinking tons of water and added baking soda to it and so far it doesn't feel like its progressing so maybe I can nip it in the bud!

Thanks girls!

Angel, it is mostly white with a pink cap on the end that you hold onto. It's worked great for me so far and it remembers the last temperature taken so you can temp and go back later when you are actually awake and see what your temp was.

Yup, that's the one I saw Michelle. I think I'll have to go get that for next cycle! Thanks!

I have room under my car tire to run your Walgreens thermometer over too.
