I have slept amazingly well the last few days. Normally around my o date someone wakes me up or I can't sleep or something happens to screw with my chart. My charting has gone well. Part of the reason is I have booted Lyndsey from the bed (not that we haven't done this before but she seems to weasle her way back in). I have been locking my bedroom door at night. See I wake up in the morning and she is there. I don't know when she slips in but she does. LOL.

So anyway, I haven't been woken up or had insomnia this month so far (knock on wood). How about you? Are you sleeping good or tossing and turning with anticipation?

I wake up all the time worried that something throughout will affect my temp.. I'll look at the clock, I'll get worried the blankets aren't up and I'll be cold, or that I'll have to pee so bad I will have to get up to go.... I don't feel like I get to the point where I can get the pee-stick insomnia, I sure wouldn't mind it though!

The main thing that has been happening to me is waking up kind of early. I've been waking up less than a half hour before temp time, so it's not a major difference... but I still would love to not wake up early.

I've suffered from insomnia since I was a teenager. Since we moved in March my sleeping has been better. So far living in this house I've only had about a month of sleepless nights all put together. The temping doesn't change my sleeping habits which is nice.
