I just woke up today with a giant temp spike. 97.5 from yesterdays 96.2. I woke up very aroused today. I'm just wondering if that could be a major factor of my temp shift. How would it affect my chart? Should I discard it or keep it?

I'm not sure on that one. It looks like your temps vary a lot. Do you temp at the same time every morning? What type of bbt do you have?

I try to temp as closely everyday as possible but I can't due it due to work. I get the required amount of sleep though. I've got a digital one that tracks to the 0.1 Fahrenheit.
