I woke up at 4am this morning and temped because I usually can't get back to sleep. Temp was at 98.84. I ended up going back to sleep about 30 minutes later and woke up at my usual time of 7 am and temped again. I was extremely cold because I had kicked the blankets off of me and it was about 66 degrees in the house. The 7 am temp was 98.24. Which one would you use?
I dunno about this case. I'd have went with the 7AM one but you didn't get 3 hours of straight sleep. Supposedly, room temperature shouldn't have that big an impact on you but in this case, I think it might've. I think the best way to go here is to go with your gut feeling about how you think you should be tracking it. If this happened to me, I'd probably get the average of the two but I'm no expert. XD
