Made it to the appointment without incident. YAY!!
I got there about 20 minutes early, so I got to watch a bit of Ellen.

Then the tech came and got me. She said since I came early, she'd take me early. Works for me.
Had to go in the little changing room and take off shirt, pants and undies. Put on the little gown and went into the u/s room.
First she did an on the tummy u/s. When she put the wand on my lower belly she said "Oh your bladder is full! Poor thing. I won't press too hard." I was thinking "Hey, if you do press too hard, it ain't my job to clean this room up... so yeah, it's probably in your best interest to take it easy."
I actually had a student in there observing... they asked if it was cool and I said Sure. After she finished the first u/s I got to go pee!!!

I have NEVER been so happy to see a toilet in my life!! It sounded like Niagara Falls!
Still saw some spotting when I when I wiped. I wondered if I should mention it to the tech, but I figured she's taking pics of my innards & didn't think it would much matter to them, so I kept it to myself.
Went back in for the transvaginal ultrasound... had to guide the "weapon" in... and there were some uncomfortable moments. They're really rooting around trying to get every possible angle photographed.
She asked if I minded letting the student have a go and I said that was fine. How else are they supposed to learn? I could barely feel the thing when the student was doing it. She even asked if she was hurting me, bless her.
They were talking so quietly that I could barely make out what they were saying and I couldn't see the screen... so I'm completely in the dark about how it went. Sigh. They said my doc will have the results in 3 business days, so hopefully I'll hear something by Thursday.
Finally everything was done. They said I could use the bathroom again and then get changed and be off. So I went back into the bathroom peed ANOTHER river, saw more spotting, got dressed and drove home.
Got home, had to pee AGAIN, now there's barely any spotting. I dunno if I should put it on my chart or not. I don't know if it's because of all the poking and prodding today or if it would've happened on it's own anyway. I think I'll put something in the Notes section, that way I won't forget.
