I was at Target doing some shopping and I remembered that my best friend is registered there for her baby shower next week, so I thought I would see what she wanted. I have been feeling really positive and at peace with everything TTC-wise, so I didn't think it would be a big deal. So I get back to the baby stuff and find a blanket that she wanted, and all of a sudden this wave of emotion almost overwhelms me. I had to leave the store, and I went out to my car and cried. I really was not expecting that...what happens when I have to actually buy something??

Totally understandable I have a hard time hearing of my IRL friends getting pg because for most of them it has been a quick and easy journey and anytime I try and talk to them about my situation they just tell me we're trying too hard and don't understand all the problems... most have never gotten the point where they need to understand luteal phases, progesterone levels, PCOS, etc... they just looked on a computer to figure out when O date was, counted back and got pg. Not that I want everyone else to struggle, I just want all of us to get our BFP's

Exactly Tammy! I am thrilled for all of my pregnant friends (and there are SEVERAL right now!) but that doesn't make it any easier sometimes. And yes, it seems to me like most of my friends that are PG right now got pregnant fairly easily and quickly, although I don't know for sure how long they tried. One was even an "oops" type situation, and while babies are always a blessing no matter what the circumstance, it's still hard to see girls I know get PG "on accident" when we are trying SO hard.
