My thermometer (got it at WalMart) has been acting up ever since the 30th, when I arrived in PA. I wonder if something happened to it during the flight and people throwing my suitcase around? But, nearly half of the time I'll temp and it'll go for like ever without deciding on a temp. Like I get tired of waiting and just take it out after 5 minutes. I usually turn it off and back on and try temping again. And then it will beep when it's done after like 30 seconds, but the temp will be totally different than before. And my temps have been really low these last couple days. I know we didn't get to BD a whole lot this cycle since I was out of town until the day I O'd, but since we BD'd twice on O day, I was hoping we'd still have a good chance but my temps the last 3 days are making me think otherwise.

That stinks that your thermometer is on the fritz. I have had one do that to me before. I think it is probably time to get a new one. At least you got your o date confirmed before it started having problems.

I hope that your temps go back up. The temp drop may not be a bad sign if it goes back up. I have seen all kinds of bfp charts and they don't all look like what you would think they would.

Good luck!

Thanks, Patty. I bought a new one today, and I know it might not be so great to use it right away, but I figure it'll be more accurate than what I have been using. So, I'm going to start using it tomorrow.

It looks like your probably died. What a pain!!!The new one should definitely be better than the old one. At least you should be able to see if your temp drops or goes up.
