Do you ever take it more than once if something seems off? I've had my BBT change temps and beep so fast it doesn't seem right, I'll temp again and temp is way higher! Sometimes over a degree, temp again it's somewhere in the middle... just wondering if any of you question your thermometer and its accuracy?

I haven't done that yet. So far I've been sticking with the first temp and hoping that it is right. I have thought about using a second thermometer just to see if the temps are similar.

I have done that too. I usually go by the 2 out of 3 rule. But generally it is the first temp.

I have this happen alot... I can't remember the last time, what I did, but I think I went with the first one. Ugh, why does it have to be such a pain to take an accurate temp?!
