Ever since my m/c in Aug. I've been having this pinching feeling on what seems like both of my ovaries. It sometimes feels like sharp stabbing pains that only last for a split second. And I usually get them around O time and they last until AF is gone. Does anyone else have this or have any idea what it could be? I mentioned it to the OB at my check up after my D&C and she felt around for cysts but said she didn't feel anything. In the meantime, if I don't get a BFP this cycle, I think I'm going to make an appointment with my regular family doctor and maybe I can get a referral to see a gyno for it.

I'm not sure what that could be. I wish I had some advice for you. The only thing I can say is I would probably see a doctor and see if they can do an ultrasound or something to check for cysts.

I have this every cycle. I have noticeably painful ovulation and it feels just like what you describe. I usually will continue having those pains off and on until AF shows. I have never had any problems with cysts as far as I know. I don't remember having this problem until after I had my ectopic though. I am not sure if it is something to be concerned about. I just have gotten used to it.
